Registration Fees
Price Calculations Swiss Francs/Euro: All prices are calculated in Swiss Francs. For EUR we will use the daily exchange rate.
Congress Cancellation: Cancellations received on or before 31 December 2025 will be subject to an administrative fee of CHF 50.00.
Please note that no refunds can be granted for cancellations made on or after 1 January 2026. In such cases, the full registration fee and any additional event tickets will be charged.
We kindly ask for your understanding and recommend securing appropriate travel and cancellation insurance if needed.
Abstract Submission
Please register for the congress before submitting your abstract. The abstract submission tool will automatically recognize your registration – please allow up to 24 hours for this process to be completed. Kindly ensure that the presenting author creates the login and submits the abstract. The abstract submission portal will be open from 1 November to 1 December 2025. Abstracts submitted without prior registration will not be considered.
Acceptance of Abstract All abstract submitters will be notified whether their submission has been accepted for a poster or oral presentation. In the event that an abstract is not accepted for presentation, the submitter will receive a full refund of the registration fee. REQUIRED FORMAT for each submitted abstract • Text body: max. 300 words • Please do NOT use "symbol font", spell out Greek letters and avoid using other symbols • Please do NOT include tables, figures or references • please do NOT use paragraphs, indentations or tab stops in the text body.
