* In order to receive the reduced registration fee, a copy of a student ID or similar document has to be sent to info(at)davoscongress.ch or faxed to +41 (0)81 415 21 69. Abstract submission is compulsory for Fellows in Training. Abstract Submission will be open until 1 December 2024. and late breaking until 1 February 2025. Please find more information about the Abstract Submission below.

Price Calculations Swiss Francs/Euro: All prices are calculated in Swiss Francs. For EUR we will use the daily exchange rate.

Congress Cancellation: In case of cancellation before 31 December 2024 an administrative fee of CHF 50.00 will be charged. Cancellations are not going to be refunded from 1 January 2025 on – registration fee and additional event tickets will be charged.

Abstract Submission

Please register first before submitting your abstract. The abstract tool will automatically recognize your congress registration (this may take up to 24 hours) and you will be able to submit your abstract after successful registration. Please ensure that the presenting author creates the login and submits the abstract. ABSTRACT SUBMISSION will be open between 01 November and 01 December 2024 and late breaking between 13 January until 1 February 2025.

Acceptance of Abstract Abstract submitters will be informed if the abstract has been selected for a poster or an oral presentation. Should the submitted abstract not be accepted for presentation, the submitter will be refunded. REQUIRED FORMAT for each submitted abstract • Text body: max. 300 words • Please do NOT use "symbol font", spell out Greek letters and avoid using other symbols • Please do NOT include tables, figures or references • please do NOT use paragraphs, indentations or tab stops in the text body.
