Prizes & Grants
Up to 25 travel grants of max. CHF 500.- travel expenses will be awarded based on the quality of the submitted abstract. After completing your congress registration, please register for the abstract submission <here>. Once logged in to the abstract submission tool, you will be able to submit your travel grant documents, which include a one-page CV and a publication list of peer-reviewed articles only, until 1 December 2025. Membership of SSAI and SYIS is mandatory in order to apply for SSAI grants.
Winners of the cash awards will be notified by the organizers around mid-January 2026. The cash will be handed out on site at the congress.

«Best Workshop Presentation Awards» will be distributed to the best presenter of each workshop. The winners of the cash awards will be selected by the chairs immediately after each workshop and honoured at the awards ceremony the following day.

At the daily award ceremonies, the winners of each poster session will be selected by the poster chairs and the organizing committee for the best poster presentation prize, which consists of a one-year free subscription to a top journal.

Throughout the congress, there will be 12 workshop sessions, each covering different topics and titles. The best oral presentation, selected by the session chairs from all workshops, will be recognized with a cash prize.
The award, including the sponsor’s name, will be announced in a bulk email, and the prize will be distributed via bank transfer.
